Formerly Nathan Towers Investment Limited, APL was incorporated on 3 February 2013 with RC No. 1094036. The company commenced operations on 22 January 2014 and is licensed by the Lagos State Government to conduct lending and financing activities. APL's primary focus areas include real estate investment, project financing, securities trading, derivatives sales, capital project financing, credit facilities, investment holding, and agriculture value chain financing.
On 22 January 2021, Nathan Towers Investment Limited acquired a 57.93% stake in Adino Capital Limited, expanding its participation in the Nigerian financial markets. To fully integrate into the Adino ecosystem, the company changed its name to Adino Partners Limited on 14 September 2022.
Today, APL is positioned as a diversified financial markets platform that provides tailored and off-the-shelf solutions to corporates, individuals, SMEs, financial institutions, developers, investors, and strategic partners.
